A pleasant surprise in comfort

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles. We even received extra towels without asking, which made our stay delightful.

However, the Wi-Fi was erratic, and we struggled to connect at times, which was frustrating as we needed it for work.

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the hotel, which made it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The friendly staff was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay.

We loved staying here with our kids and our pets! The hotel is close to various restaurants and parks, making family outings fun and easy. The staff was friendly and even provided us with fresh linens, which was a nice touch.

I enjoyed my stay in the Double Queen Room, so clean with friendly staff always eager to assist. A minor issue with the door closing, but that didn’t impact my overall experience. Great comfort for my travels through Brunswick.

Our stay was marred by poor cleanliness. The floors were sticky, causing discomfort as we walked around. Additionally, there was dust all over the furniture. It felt like no one really cared about the upkeep of the room.

four points by sheraton has a great location! everything is super close, and the hotel feels inviting right when you walk in. the king room was roomy, and the bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. the staff was friendly and helpful, really made the stay enjoyable!

The location is perfect, with close access to everything you need. The room provided ample space, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed the deliciously prepared meals that added to the overall experience!

The rug under the bed was also moist, leading me to believe there’s a moisture problem.

The Double Queen Room was spacious and super clean, which was a big plus! Fresh linens were delivered the next morning, and the mini fridge was handy. The coffee maker was a bit weirdly placed in the bathroom, though. No microwave in the room, but there was one at the front desk. I also had to deal with no trash bags in the cans, so bring your own! Overall, comfy and convenient for our stay!

Breakfast was a letdown, with only two packaged muffins and some mediocre coffee—definitely didn’t live up to the expectations set by their restaurant and bar offering. Also, despite confirming beforehand that there were green spaces for my service dog, the reality was underwhelming. the areas were small patches right next to the parking lot, littered with trash and broken glass. Plus, no microwave in the room meant I had to rely on the lobby’s microwave, which is a hassle for someone in need of quick snacks. Overall, the experience didn’t align with my usual travel expectations.

Awesome staff and comfy room!

We had a great stay here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to stream Netflix right on the TV! The only bummer was the coffee in the lobby, it could’ve been better.
